GM Emeratus - Honorary Guild Master, achieve this rank by previously a guild leader or other major act that would earn the title Master of the Hunt - Responsible for organizing the needs of the guild pertaining to raiding. Tracks requets and plans the raid content to push the capabilities of the guild. Leads raids whenever possible, with assistance from his Huntmen. Huntsmen - Organize hunts to obtain specific goals of the Master of the Hunt. Organizes instance runs and may lead hunts when appropriate. Track progress of goals and report achievements to the Master of the Hunt. Assist the Master of the Hunt on raids and assist with planning of objectives. Morale Officer - Keep in touch with the guild mood and individual wellness of it's members. Organize "guild fun" events and encourage togetherness. Communicate any problems with the officers so they may be addressed, then follow up with the members to ensure the successful resolution of the problems. Recruitment Officer - Main job is recruitment of new personell into the guild. They are also under the Morale Officer to assist him when when needed Stewards - Empathy and care of the guild members. Support and aid of the individual at the keys. Keep the Matron Protector informed of issues, and assist her as she needs. Support the Matron Protector and keep her well. Chief Architect - Actively reviews policies against the charter and intent of the guild. Updates the guild webpage with those policities. Proposes changes to the guildmaster, then brings the items before the officers for discussion. Ensures the vision of the guildmaster is being structurally achieved. Honor Guard - Assist the Chief Architect and defend the charter. Examine details of the changes and act as additional support to the Chief Architect. Treasurer - An officer that is in charge of maintaining and monitoring the guild bank. Make sure that there is appropriate funds are available and items are going where they are properly needed Crusader - Asa-Tru member of at least six months who personifies the Nine Noble Virtues in all of their interactions with the guild and others. In addition it is someone who maintains an uplifting presence in the guild and at the Asa-Tru website. A Crusader’s respect, encouragement of others, willingness to help, and ability to promote guild spirit is a benefit to all of us. There are no particular duties associated with this rank as it is honorary in nature. As with all ranks, promotion to this rank is reviewable. A guild mate can be nominated by anyone by posting on the AT Hotline with the main name and the reasons for the nomination. Promotion to this rank will be approved by the officers and announced to the guild in the MOTD and on the website. Specialist - An active raiding member of the guild. Can also be an active event going member. If the person does not raid but does other non-raiding events such as PVP events with the guild. Warder - A general member of the guild. |
