This may help you if you are having intermittent internet proglems by recycling your modem.

1. Turn off your computer.

2. Turn off your Router.

3. Unplug your Modem.

4. Wait 30 seconds.

5. Plug your modem in. Wait for the lights to finish.

NOTE: The only light that shouldn't be on as this point is the PC ACTIVITY light.

6. Turn on your modem.

7. Turn on your computer..

This will hopefully update your modem from your Internet Service Provider(Who you pay for internet from).
